Orders + Payment

  • An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is completed. A second delivery confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once your order has been posted.
  • Payments can be made via Paypal for ease and safety.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

Shipping

            • Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of payment being received.
            • We ship worldwide from Bangkok,Thailand, so please keep this in mind in regards to postage delivery times to your country.
            • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by Thailand Post and FedEx.
            • ALL orders can be shipped via:
              • Regular parcel post(No tracking,No insurance)
              • For registered post (Tracking,signature upon delivery)
              • Express Shipping (3-5Days to US,UK,AUS by FedEx)
            • All international customers are responsible for customs rates within their own country.
            • Estimation delivery period

              • Europe and german  8-20 days depend on destination with regular and register post
              • UK and AUS   8-10 days depend on destination with regular and register post

Refunds + Exchanges
  • We offer refunds and exchanges only if an item is damaged, defective or broken upon delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of arrival. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
  •  We are unable to refund items once purchased based on change of mind, or incorrect sizing, so please take your time in deciding if this is right for you.
  • Please check ring sizes or with your local jeweller before purchasing so you can find the right fit. We do offer an exchange for correct sizing based upon availability. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. GypsyLovinLight will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges available on SALE items. All sale purchases are final.
